Snr Chef de Partie/Chef Tournant 

• Must have 2/3 years experience in 2/3 Rosette restaurant and/or Michelin.
• Good pay and prospects.  
•  Live in available.    

Waiting Staff (positions available in Hawtrey's Restaurant or Banqueting)                                                       

• Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.  
• Full and part-time positions.

Bar Staff

• Previous experience of working in a similar environment essential. 
• Full and part-time positions available.
