• to assist the Restaurant Manager in the smooth & efficient running of Hawtrey's Restaurant
• Minimum 2 rosette experience
• Live in available

Experienced Bar Staff

• to work in our busy Lounge Bar
• must have previous experience of hotel bar work
• Good pay and prospects.  
•  Live in available.    

Chef de Partie                                                       

•  experienced Che de Partie required to work with a small friendly team
• previous 2 rosette experience preferred
• Good pay and prospects
• live in available
