Paul Peters has joined Hawtrey's
Restaurant as Executive Chef.
Paul is Australian and worked in many notable restaurants in Sydney and the Hunter Valley before coming to England when he joined the brigade at the three rosette Lygon Arms. He has also worked at Chez Nico and with John Burton Race and at the three rosette Raffles Browns Hotel before joining Mju at the Millenium Hotel in Knightsbridge as Executive Chef. At Mju Paul earned three rosettes for his cooking.
Paul then moved to Jaan at the Swissotel, The Howard where he again was awarded three rosettes.
Paul brings all his experience together with the influences from his native Australia to his menus which will delight and tempt the palate.
