Paul Peters joins as Executive Chef
A new Executive Chef, Paul Peters, has joined the team at Hawtrey's and the Barn Hotel. Paul was Executive Chef at the Howard Hotel's 3 Rosette 'Jan' Restaurant and previously at the 3 Rosette 'Mju' at the Millenium Hotel in Knightsbridge. He has also worked at the Lygon Arms and Chez Nico and has spent time with John Burton Race. Pauls skill in both fine dining and banqueting will bring a fresh approach to the dining experience at Hawtrey's and the Barn.

Hawtrey's Restaurant awarded 2 AA Rosettes
The AA have awarded Hawtrey's Restaurant 2 Rosettes for the fourth year running. General Manager, Patrick Murphy said, ' Whilst we are pleased to receive 2 Rosettes, our aim is to continually improve and next year strive for 3 Rosettes. The Restaurant and Kitchen brigades are fully committed to this and our guests can expect some interesting developments on the menu over the coming months.'

Deane's lodge opens
Deane's Lodge, the new bedroom block at the Barn Hotel, has now opened. Designed by George Stamatopoulos with interiors by Norman Foster's protege, Andrew Yeoh, Deane's Lodge sets a new standard for accommodation in West London. The 4 Executive Rooms, 7 Directors Rooms, 2 Junior Suites and 5 themed Suites perfectly complement the luxury public areas and the award winning Hawtrey's Restaurant.
All rooms are fully air conditioned and have mini-bars, laptop safes with overnight recharging facility, wi-fi and hard wired high speed internet access, trouser presses, jacuzzi baths, flat screen interactive televisions, televisions in bathrooms as well as the usual touches you would expect from a room of this quality.
