Please note that cancellations or changes must be notified to us before 12.00 noon the day prior to arrival. Cancellation or changes made later than 12.00pm the day prior to arrival will be charged in full. Shortening of stays may be charged with a one night's charge. Should you reduce the booking by more than 5 days a two nights, charges will apply. Advance purchase rates are payable, in full, at the time of booking. No refunds are offered on these rates in the event of cancellation or postponement. Rates paid in advance are non-transferable.
Please be advised that we operate a strict no smoking policy in our designated smoke-free rooms. Smoking in one of these rooms will incur an additional room charge of £100.00 to cover the cost incurred in lost revenue and removing smoking odours.
